What is the workout schedule like?
This is a virtual training program so it’s as easy as signing up to get full access to the content. The videos are on-demand so you can move at a pace and at a time that works good for you and your schedule.
Intermediate/Advanced Levels
Follow the structured workout program as is, to help you feel strong, confident, and beautiful leading up to your wedding day. Remember to listen to your body and take rest days as needed.
6 days of workouts(30 mins or less) with 1 rest day for 6 weeks.
Beginner Levels
If you're new to fitness, start with this modified workout program. By gradually building strength and endurance, you'll still achieve great results while giving your body the rest it needs.
Do the first 4 workouts of each week taking 2 days off as you need, while still incorporating the weekly stretch on day 7. You’ll have 5 days of movement total each week to take at your own pace.
How long do I have access to the program for?
Once you purchase it, you own it! You'll have access to all of the workout videos and the Bridal Bliss PDF which also includes the recipe book.
What equipment will I need?
You will need a set of resistance bands, set of light & heavy weights, a yoga mat and a mini stability ball.
