Who is this program for?

Women who are in their 20s, 30s or 40s looking to create a more solid & consistent  fitness routine. This program will build overall strength while also improving your endurance & flexibility! If you want to get in better shape & have a clear road map to follow plus the motivation to keep it moving, then this Revitalize program is for you!

What is the workout schedule like?

This is a virtual fitness program so it’s as easy as signing up to get full access. From there, you’ll find the entire program pre-recorded, so you can move at a pace and time that works good for you.


Each week you'll have 6 days of workouts with 1 recovery/stretch day. All workouts are average of 30 minutes in length and incorporate modalities such as Strength, Barre, Dance, HIIT & more. 

How long do I have access to the program for?

Once you purchase it, you own it! You'll have access to all of the on-demand workout videos and the Revitalize PDF which includes wellness calendar, fitness assessments, goal planning, mindfulness prompts and more.

What equipment will I need?

You will need a set of resistance bands, set of light & heavy weights, a yoga mat and a mini stability ball.
