What kind of workouts are included?
You’ll get a variety of 10–30 minute workouts including barre, strength, HIIT, and cardio tone—designed to challenge and energize you while being gentle on your schedule.
Do I need any equipment?
You will need resistance bands, a set of light & heavy weights, a yoga mat and a mini stability ball. Also, a chair or barre for added support in some workouts.
How do I access the program?

Is there support and accountability?
