What is the workout schedule like?

This is a virtual training program so the workout videos are on-demand so you can move at a pace and at a time that works good for you and your schedule.

Intermediate/Advanced Levels
6 days of workouts(30 mins or less) with 1 stretch/rest day for 6 weeks. Follow the structured workout program as is, to help you feel strong, confident, and beautiful leading up to your wedding day. Remember to listen to your body and take rest days as needed.

Beginner Levels
If you're new to fitness, start with this modified workout program. You’ll have 5 days of movement + 2 rest days each week to take at your own pace. By gradually building strength and endurance, you'll still achieve great results while giving your body the rest it needs.

How long do I have access to the program for?

Once you purchase it, you own it! You'll have access to all of the workout videos and the Bridal Bliss PDF which also includes the Bridal Bliss recipe book.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a set of resistance bands, set of light & heavy weights, a yoga mat and a pilates ball.

What if I am a beginner?

No problem! We have beginner-friendly workouts with modifications — so you progress safely and confidently.
