I created this program while pregnant myself — feeling the physical shifts, the mental load, the emotional waves, and the deep responsibility of preparing my body to carry and birth two babies. Is it safe to work out during pregnancy?
Yes — for most women, exercise during pregnancy is not only safe but highly encouraged. This program is thoughtfully designed with pregnancy-specific modifications and coaching cues. That said, we always recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before starting any prenatal fitness program and listening to your body throughout your journey.
I’m new to working out — can I still do this program?
Absolutely. Whether you’re a beginner or have been active for years, this program meets you where you are. Each workout includes options and modifications so you can move at a pace that feels good for your body and your energy levels on any given day.
How many days per week should I work out?
That's completely up to you. This program is flexible by design.
Beginners may aim for 2–3 workouts per week, with walking and rest days in between.
Intermediate/advanced movers may choose 3–5 workouts per week, plus walking and rest.
There is no “perfect” schedule — listening to your body is always the priority.
What equipment do I need?
It will vary from workout to workout, but the equipment will be listed clearly below each video. Here's a list of what I used for this prenatal series(and remember you can also substitute for similar items if you need to).

Can I start this program at any trimester?
Yes. All workouts are clearly labeled by trimester so you can jump in wherever you currently are in your pregnancy. If you progress into the next trimester while enrolled, you’ll simply transition into the next phase of workouts when it feels right.
Will this help me prepare for birth and postpartum recovery?
Yes — that’s one of the main goals of Empowered Pregnancy. The workouts focus on total-body strength, deep core and pelvic floor awareness, mobility, and breath work — all of which support labor, delivery, and a smoother transition into postpartum recovery.
I’m pregnant with twins / multiples — can I still do this program?
I filmed and did all of the workouts you see in this program while I was pregnant with my twins, which I delivered at 36 weeks = 2 healthy baby boys.
Many of the principles in this program can be supportive for pregnancy with multiples, but every pregnancy is unique.
It’s especially important to receive guidance and clearance from your healthcare provider and to modify or rest whenever needed.
