What is the workout schedule like?
This virtual fitness program gives you 24/7 access to on-demand workouts so you can move at a pace and time that works good for you.
Each week you'll have 6 days of workouts with 1 recovery day. All workouts are average of 30 minutes in length and incorporate modalities such as Strength, Cardio, Barre, HIIT & more!
What equipment will I need?
You will need a set of resistance bands, set of light & heavy weights, a yoga mat and a mini stability ball.
