What is the workout schedule like?
This is a virtual fitness program so it’s as easy as signing up to get full access. From there, you’ll find the entire program pre-recorded, so you can move at a pace and time that works good for you.
Each week you'll have 6 days of workouts with 1 recovery day. All workouts are average of 30 minutes in length and incorporate modalities such as Strength, Cardio, Barre, HIIT & more.
How long do I have access to the challenge for?

What equipment will I need?
